OH NO YOU DIDN'T MJB. NO YOU DIDN'T. YOU DID NOT JUST HOP ON THIS ALRIDY SLICK TRACK. YOU DID NOT JUST BUST INTO THE RING. YOU DID NOT STEP IN JUST AS I WAS ABOUT TO BE SICK OF ALL THE DISCLOSURE - NOT THAT I DON'T LOVE THEIR ALBUM WAS JUST GETTING SLIGHTLY BORED. BUT NOT ANY MORE HECK NO. MJB. YES GIRL. YES.

Because everyone should do it for the love.
Yeah it's the guy who sings on Disclosure's "Latch" and yeah his voice is amazing.
Osheaga 2013: Day 3
A few thoughts...
Bad Things: Did you know that Shaun White has a band? He totally has a band dude. The flying tomato shreds on guitar. That being said, it was frontman/leadsinger Davis LeDuken who stole the limelight covering himself in mud.
Jackmaster: BBC Radio 1 DJ does good with sunny grooves and while the crowd may have been small we were all dancing.
Kendrick Lamar: KENDRICK HAD A DREEEEEAAAAAAAM! Very hazy times with the homies. Bitch don't kill my vibe.
Disclosure: Honestly? They were good but they're totally fake. But I'm okay with that! Settle is a great album - live or not. Oh and Jessie Ware joined em on stage so that was rad.

Because I can't stop listening to their debut album Settle. It's too good.
music video of the day: "When A Fire Starts To Burn" by Disclosure
When a fire starts to burn, right? And it starts to spread...
This jam though. It's hot right? It's sizzling.
I'm taking it easy tonight but damn does this make me want to go out. Perhaps instead I'll just play their much anticipated debut album Settle so so so loud and dance around on my own Robyn styles or whatnot. Great album name too eh? It's like "lol guess I'll settle for this?" but it's also like "OI SETTLE MATE SETTLE!" So not going to settle down though. Not when there's tunes like these banging.
ps. My recap + photos from their last Toronto show

Craving for an adventure. This one seems nice.
Live: Disclosure at The Hoxton
Thursday night we trucked through the wet April rain to catch siblings Guy and Howard Lawrence aka Disclosure show off their hype at the Hoxton. Armed with many mixers as well as a drum set and bass guitar the brothers played a set which featured more than just some button pushing – not that there’s anything wrong with that, it’s was just a nice change. From “White Noise” to their remix of Jessie Ware’s “Running”, the UK duo had us dancing all night long like Lionel Richie.
Thank you Toronto! Absolute vibes :) x

SXSW IS SO BUSY...
... and my AirBnB is so faaaarrr and my laptop is so heaavvyy so I apologize for the lack of updates here. Will be catching y'all up soon. In the meantime, check out the ish I've been writing for Sidewalk Hustle. Been taking a million pictures too. Hope you enjoy.
music video of the day: "White Noise" by Disclosure ft. AlunaGeorge
I cannot stop loving this song. As I pack and prepare for SXSW I can't help but play this on repeat to keep my energy going. Fun fact? Those abandon buildings Mr. Smooth Security man in dancing in? Those are old historic Detroit techno spots.
