Listen: Who Charted ft. Two playlists/charts made by me

You guys know I'm like, waaay into podcasts right? Well one of my favs is a little gem called Who Charted, in which the very funny duo Howard Kremer and Kulap Vilaysack count down some charts. In an act of gratitude I sent em come customized playlists and they were kind enough to make said playlists a part of the show. You can check out those lists and listen to the two eps each one was featured on below. Do it up!

5. "Hurricane" by MS MR

Some delicious New York dark wave with a wonderfully weird video to match. Their debut album Secondhand Rapture just dropped this past May.

4. "Open" by Rhye

LA based duo who have a way of making me melt. Bitter sweet soft PBR&B jams. The kind of music video that hurts your heart but in a good way.

3. "Green Garden" by Laura Mvula

Brit soul-singer who's simply stunning live. This song makes me want to go find my own secret garden to dance in, but in the meantime my bedroom or the nearest park will have to do. Her debut alumb Sing To The Moon is well worth checking out.

2. "Q.U.E.E.N." by Janelle Monae ft. Erykah Badu

Because the booty don't lie. Janelle Monae kills it as always but then Badu comes in and knocks it out of the park. A funky anthem of independence, twerking in the mirror eating wings and throwing the bones on the ground.

and at numbbbeerrr 1......

1. "Need You 100%" by Duke Dumont ft

A number one hit in the UK and in my heart since it came out in February. Impossible not to dance to, which is what makes the music video so funny/fun/fantastic. Contrary to the video's lesson though, I don't think I could ever get sick of this song.

Bonus Entry: "NaNa" by Chance The Rapper

Lately I've been listening to Chance's latest mixtape #AcidRap every morning as I get ready for work. It's so good. I saw him live at SXSW. It was so good. JASH gave him and Hannibal Buress $5,000 to make a video. In keeping with Chance's #SAVEMONEY ethos they pocketed most of it and still ended up with something soooo gooood.

5. "Hush" by LIZ

Mad Decent's newest pop princess. Think young LA Mandy Moore 2.0  meets 90s Janet Jackson, but you know... a cute little blonde girl. Super babe who's super new on the scene.

4. "Strictly 4 My Jeeps" by Action Bronson

Did you know Action Bronson has plans to release a cookbook? That's neat right? Explains the killer BBQ set up in the video. Another video highlight includes RiFF RAFF's cameo. "If you know too much, you ain't gonna know enough!" You should also check out his ice-cream truck freestyle

3. "So Good At Being In Trouble" by Unknown Mortal Orchestra

Soft and oh so smooth with a groove. Perfect for beach lounging in the sun.

2. "Wavvy" by Mykki Blanco

What the fuck I gotta prove to a room full of dudes who ain't listening to my words cuz they staring at my shoes. NY based and breaking down barriers with his/her drag rap game. Freaky with no apologies and clever as heck. Off the Cosmic Angel: The Illuminati Prince/ss Mixtape.

1. "World Domination" by Joey Bada$$

Who the fuck passed you the mic and said that you could flow, point em out bitch I wanna know! From last summah's mixtape 1999. His next mixtape Summer Knights is set to drop July 1st. Bonus track:"Word Is Bond"
